I promptly stored it in the memory bank for the next trip to the book shop! I was then away down south on holiday. My husband (a Marcus Old Boy) had chosen his holiday reading ...... all the rural papers!!! I promptly went to the Book shop and Red Dust is what I found. Your book is such an inspiration to rural women, and I can not tell you how much I enjoyed your book. I have only just finished it and feel completely lost not being able to turn over the next page. It was a very entertaining read, and also took no time at all to wizz thru it. (which is usually a good guide that I'm enjoying the book!) I really liked the way you portrayed and explained rural and farming life without sounding patronising or know-all about it. Your descriptions were spot-on and show your empathy for the places, people and subject, and a real ability to share this with others in a very open and generous way.
